PRIME's Mission
PRIME is a non-governmental, nonprofit organization established by
Palestinian and Israeli researchers in 1998 with the help of the Peace
Research Institute in Frankfurt, Germany. PRIME's purpose is to pursue
mutual coexistence and peace-building through joint research and outreach
activities.

Structure
PRIME has a general assembly that meets once a year, an executive committee
of ten members (five of each side) that meets four times a year, two elected
co-presidents, two co-directors, and a paid office manager and grant writer.
It is located near Beit Jala, at the Talitha Kumi school.
