Claire
Dinsmore, whose site, Another Form of Intervention II,
features her own sophisticated new media literary work and that
of many modernist masters, is launching the first issue of Cauldron
& Net, which features work by Ted Warnell, Todd Sanders, George
Quasha, Peter Ganick, David Knoebel, Jennifer Ley, Lars Wickstrom,
Reiner Strasser, Kohei Shimizu, Talan Memmott, Nathaniel Bobbitt,
State Sanctioned Sedation, Thomas Bell, Cecil Touchon, Shawn Phillips,
and Jim Andrews.
Claire Dinsmore earned her M.F.A. from Cranbrook Academy of Art
and her B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design/The New School for
Social Research. She has exhibited worldwide and has been published
as an artist, critic, essayist and poet. Her work is in the permanent
collections of the American Craft Museum, The Smithsonian, and The
Montreal Museum of Art, as well as within numerous private collections.
She is presently a web designer and president of Studio Cleo, Inc.
where she works as a new media artist and indulges herself in such
anachronistic pursuits as bookmaking and metalwork.
