Yes. Terrible for people who have lost their lives, family, homes, animals. Terrible loss of the natural environment and wildlife. Koalas possibly becoming an endangered species, at least in some parts of Australia.

We’ve had bushfires in Australia before. This is the worst of everyone’s lifetime. Hope that one positive thing to come from it is better leadership around the environment.
