[x] Kurzweil is Google Director of Engineering

Neither my little apartment nor the space we have at SFU Woodwards is large
enough to be able to publicize Group of X events for any sort of larger
audience. So, for the moment, a Facebook page seems a bit too public. At
least until we have a larger space. Having a larger space does not preclude
Group of X events at my place. It would be nice to be able to offer speakers
a couple of gigs; a smaller, more intimate one at my place or SFU, and a
larger one, more public, elsewhere.
Are you familiar with Google+? It seems to offer some nice features. There's
yer regular sort of list serve. Plus video chat. Plus a calendar.
