You could also try using a forum, such as http://www.proboards.com/
(they are free to use but have banner ads) or some other free forum
service. That way you can properly moderate and archive threads.
Google likes to change their system every few months which is a total
pain. They are continuously migrating one service to another and
deleting old files, etc. I wouldn't recommend using their services at
all. It is very amateurish and in a constant "alpha" state IMHO.
